This program is designed to teach "first response" personnel the proper procedures which can be followed when responding to gas leaks,"dig-ins", odor complaint calls or other possible gas related emergencies. This course covers the proper use of gas and carbon monoxide detecting instruments and suggests how to use this equipment effectively in determining if a problem exists. Hazard identification and procedures for handling gas related emergencies will also be covered. Each company in attendance will be given the AEGIS and Heath
Training Materials.
