To all Ohio Gas Associations Members:

After fifteen years of great service to our industry and its membership, Roy Rushing has decided to step down as President of the Ohio Gas Association. Roy's skills in managing and representing our organization have made the OGA one of the leading and most respected associations in the country. He will be missed by all with which he worked.

The OGA Board of Trustees has appointed Louie Bonasso interim President of our association. Louie comes to us from Clearfield Energy, one of our member companies. He has been engaged in the natural gas industry since 1983. Louie will administer day to day association activities and will assist the Board in the search for a permanent President of our association.

We look forward to working with Louie during this transition.
