A. Responsibilities
To keep appraised of state and federal rules and regulations as they pertain to the Long Term Forecast and Planning procedure; and keep member companies informed.

B. Duties
1. To keep apprised of the Long Term Forecast and Planning rules and regulations and keep member companies informed.
2. To exchange technical information regarding the forecasting and planning of gas requirements, curtailment policies, peak day design criteria and supply risk analysis.
3. To exchange information on the techniques and methodologies used for strategic and operational forecasting and planning.
4. Assist member companies when requested to assure compliance with regulations.
5. Execute other assignments and conduct special studies as requested by the Trustees.
6. Periodically review and update the responsibilities and duties of this committee.
