Committee Responsibilities
1.To keep apprised of trends and developments concerning construction, operations, maintenance, gas measurement and pressure regulation in the gas industry.
2. Keep member companies informed.
Committee Duties
1. Provide a forum for intercompany exchange of information enhancing gas operation and maintenance practices in the state.
2.Keep member companies abreast of new trends and technologies within the natural gas industry.
3.Promote high standards of public safety and awareness.
4.Participate in the development of educational programs for the purpose of training personnel of member companies concerning the safe and efficient operations of operating facilities.
5.Prepare information for the implementation of mutual aid by member companies in case of emergencies.
6.Execute other assignments and conduct special studies as requested by the Trustees.
7.Periodically review and update the responsibilities of this committee.
