COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio could become the latest state with enhanced penalties for crimes on “critical infrastructure,” if Gov. Mike DeWine signs a bill that lawmakers passed Tuesday.
Senate Bill 33 cleared its final vote in the Senate Tuesday afternoon.
