Legislature Votes to Let Gas Companies Charge Customers Millions for New Pipelines

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The state General Assembly passed legislation Wednesday, introduced just one day prior, allowing gas companies to charge customers up to an estimated $67 million per year to build pipelines to speculative megaproject sites.
