Brief Classroom Session
- Classroom discussion includes, when and when not to approach natural gas fires, types of safety equipment, types of firefighting equipment, and safety procedures for hands-on training.
- Instructors demonstrate proper techniques for confronting the fire.
- Instructors carefully guide the participant in the proper approach and technique.
All participants must wear a long-sleeved cotton or FR shirt or jacket and pants, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and hard-soled, leather work shoes or boots.
***PROOF OF WORKMAN’S COMP INSURANCE REQUIRED***
Each participant must provide a copy of workman’s comp insurance coverage in order to participant in the class. Proof of insurance must be submitted with registration prior to arrival at training facility. Individuals not providing this documentation will not be admitted, no exceptions.

*The registration fees are per person and include the cost for all textbooks, handouts, refreshment breaks, and lunch to be available between 12:00 – 1:00 pm.
