GUERNSEY COUNTY, Ohio — Financing has been secured for a natural gas power plant in Guernsey county.
Guernsey Power Station will bring in 1,000 jobs to the area, and perhaps, more development.
“It’ll be an 1,864 Megawatt Power Plant which makes it, I’m almost certain, the largest east of the Mississippi,” said Norm Blanchard, director of the Cambridge-Guernsey County Community Improvement Corporation.
